Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a good way to start practicing yoga.

Join our live virtual classes via Zoom.

We meet twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

Yoga poses are practiced using a chair. Beginners and those not wanting to sit on the floor will benefit from yoga with a chair. Standing and balance poses become much more accessible.

You get 8+ sessions for only $65 a month.
