We meet 3 times a week:
- Mondays from 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
- Wednesdays, from 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
- Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
This class works with breath to move the spine directionally, increasing overall health.
Some previous yoga experience is recommended. Talk to Ellen if you have questions or concerns regarding class levels.
You get 12+ sessions for only $95 a month.
